Shape and refine edges
A 115 mm HUANG CHANG diamond flap disc for grinding, shaping, edge finishing, chamfering and deburring tile, glass, ceramic and stone.

A closer look at the working face
The real product photographs show overlapping flaps, a patterned working surface and the green backing. The close-up makes these visible details easier to inspect.

Focus on the area that needs work
Use the task guide to identify edges, chamfers and burrs. These workpiece illustrations explain the intended tasks; they are not installation instructions or product test results.

60# or 120#?
60#: coarser grinding, shaping and edge work.
120#: relatively finer grinding and surface refinement.
Choose the grit for the current finishing stage. A mirror finish is not promised.

Check size and machine compatibility

| Brand | HUANG CHANG |
|---|---|
| Diameter | 115 mm |
| Bore | 22.23 mm / 7/8 inch |
| Grit options | 60# or 120# |
| Materials | Tile, glass, ceramic and stone |
| Quantity per item | 1 disc in the selected grit |
Check that your angle grinder supports the disc diameter, bore and mounting arrangement. Confirm the disc's rated speed and the machine requirements before use. A matching bore alone does not establish compatibility.
One disc, in your chosen grit

Select 60# or 120# in the product selector, then choose the quantity. Each item contains one disc. An angle grinder and additional accessories are not included.
Before you order
Do I receive both grits?
No. Each item is one disc in the grit selected. Order the two grits separately if you need both.
Which grit should I choose?
Choose 60# for coarser grinding and shaping, or 120# for relatively finer grinding and surface refinement.
Will it fit every angle grinder?
No. Check 115 mm diameter support, the 22.23 mm bore, flange and mounting requirements, and the machine and disc speed ratings.
Is 22.23 mm an M14 thread?
No. 22.23 mm / 7/8 inch is the centre bore dimension, not an M14 thread specification.
Can I use it wet or dry?
Wet/dry conditions and the rated speed have not been confirmed in this listing. Confirm the product instructions and machine requirements before operation.
Does the rear photograph apply to 120#?
The marked rear photograph shows 60# only. It is not a photograph of a 120# label.
