Returns & Refunds Policy

YiouTools offers a 30-day commercial return period for eligible consumer orders. The 30-day period begins on the date the customer receives the goods.
EU consumers also retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and all other mandatory consumer rights. Our commercial 30-day return policy does not restrict or replace those rights.
This commercial policy applies to consumer orders. B2B, wholesale, customized and special commercial orders are governed by the applicable quotation, contract or separate written agreement.
1. EU 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Eligible EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, the consumer must send us a clear withdrawal notice within the applicable 14-day period.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law. Contacting us for return instructions does not limit or delay the exercise of any statutory right.
Consumers may inspect and handle a product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The consumer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that inspection.
2. Commercial Returns from Day 15 to Day 30
For return requests made after the statutory withdrawal period but within 30 days of delivery, the following commercial return conditions apply:
- The product must not have been installed or actually used.
- The product must not show grinding marks, cutting marks, wear, damage or contamination.
- All supplied components, accessories and manuals must be included.
- The product must remain in a condition suitable for resale.
- The original packaging should be used whenever reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase or a valid YiouTools order number is required.
These commercial conditions do not limit any mandatory rights that apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
3. Items Not Eligible for the Commercial Return Period
The following items are not eligible for return under the voluntary day 15–30 commercial return period:
- Products that have been installed, used or visibly worn.
- Diamond blades, core bits, polishing pads and other consumable tools showing cutting, grinding or polishing wear.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Special-order products obtained or manufactured specifically for the customer.
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse, incorrect installation or improper storage.
These commercial exclusions do not restrict any statutory consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- The product name.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or video of the product and packaging where relevant.
YiouTools will review the issue and provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Where the claim is accepted as a product defect, shipping damage, missing item or fulfillment error, YiouTools will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide suitable return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Change-of-mind and other non-quality returns: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Damaged, defective, missing, incorrect or non-conforming goods: YiouTools will handle the applicable return cost in accordance with applicable law after reviewing the claim.
For an eligible EU statutory withdrawal, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by law. Any additional cost caused by selecting an express, premium or more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option is not refundable.
For voluntary commercial returns made from day 15 to day 30, the original delivery charge is normally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Please include your order number, product name, reason for the return and supporting photos where relevant. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send a return before receiving practical return instructions from YiouTools. This request for prior contact does not restrict an EU consumer's right to submit a valid statutory withdrawal notice.

Please clearly include the order number or return reference with the package. YiouTools is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address or returned without sufficient identifying information.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by applicable law.
EU Statutory Withdrawal Refunds
Where the EU statutory right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be processed within the legally required period. YiouTools may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Commercial Returns from Day 15 to Day 30
We normally inspect returned goods within 3 business days after receipt. If the commercial return is approved, we normally initiate the refund within 5 business days after approval.
After the refund has been initiated, the bank, card issuer or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds. This processing period is an estimate and is controlled by the payment provider.
YiouTools does not charge a restocking fee for an approved return under this policy. Deductions may apply only where permitted by law, including for a demonstrated loss in product value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary.

10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory consumer right, legal guarantee or remedy available under applicable national or European Union law. Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
