Returns & Refunds Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We stand behind the quality of our tools, but due to the nature of industrial consumables, we must adhere to strict return guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- No Signs of Wear: Diamond tools (blades, core bits, polishing pads) that show any signs of use, grinding marks, or wear cannot be returned unless the issue is confirmed after inspection as a manufacturing defect.
- Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Used consumable items (as mentioned above).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Custom-ordered or personalized tools.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must contact us at support@yioutools.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send your package. Please do not send items back without return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective / Wrong Item: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
- Customer Remorse / Wrong Size Ordered: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For eligible EU consumer orders, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days for unused items that meet our return conditions.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights that may apply under local consumer protection laws.
