At HK YIOU TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED, we are dedicated to delivering professional-grade diamond tools and machinery to your job site efficiently. We dispatch all EU orders directly from our logistics center in Wrocław, Poland, ensuring rapid deployment across the European Union without customs delays.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Polish public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically dispatched the same day.
- Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the carrier. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your cart and the destination zone.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- EU Customers: Because we ship from Poland (within the EU), there are NO customs duties or hidden import taxes. The price you see at checkout includes applicable VAT (under OSS rules) or is VAT-exempt for valid B2B VAT ID holders.
- Non-EU Customers: Orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)
Due to the heavy nature of some industrial tools, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
- If the package appears significantly damaged, please refuse the delivery or mark "DAMAGED" on the carrier's handheld device.
- Contact us immediately at support@yioutools.com with photos of the damage.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. HK YIOU TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
