Returns Help

Start by choosing the return route that matches your situation:

• 30-day commercial return: for an eligible change-of-mind return requested within 30 days after receipt. For goods that are not damaged, incorrect, faulty or non-conforming, you pay the direct return shipping cost.
• EU 14-day statutory withdrawal: eligible EU consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase by sending a clear statement within the statutory period. The optional Model Withdrawal Form is available through the formal Returns Policy, but using it is not mandatory.
• Faulty or non-conforming goods: these are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Statutory remedies are not limited by the 30-day commercial return period.

Before sending goods, email support@yioutools.com with your order number and the reason for the return so we can confirm the correct returns address and practical instructions.
